Works back and glutes Lie on your back with legs bent, feet on the floor and hands flexed in front of you (A). Lift your hips, rotate your torso to the right and put your left arm (semi-flexed), behind your head until it touches the ground (B). Repeat the same movement on the left side

Follow ROUND 2 of our mixed martial arts workout for women by Brazilian world champion jiujitsu fighter Demian Maia. Do it two or three times per week, every second day, along with moves from ROUND 1. Before each set, use a skipping rope for 10 minutes.
