Works triceps, backs of shoulders and upperback. Sit with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Position hands next to either side of your bum, palms down. Push hands and feet into the floor and raise your torso and thighs a few cm so your bum hovers above the ground. Take a step forward, simultaneously moving your right hand and left foot. Repeat with left hand and right foot. Continue without allowing your bum to drop!
