SCORE: 66 to 70L We think you’re meant to be one hot Bikram yogini!
Bikram yoga classes are held in rooms heated to 40 degrees celsuis. That makes performing the 26 poses done in every class a more sweaty and strenuous feat than a spiritual one. Your answers indicate that’s exactly what you’re looking for. Prepare to glisten. And remember to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.

SCORE: 56 to 65: Ashtangi classes are for you
Ashtanga yoga is a strong, athletic practice that dates back to ancient India. Some traditional spiritual elements, such as an opening and closing chant, remain a part of the practice, but for the most part it’s very physical and challenging.

SCORE: 46 to 55: Vinyasa classes are for you.
Vinyasa classes are typically fast-paced and athletic, making for an excellent workout. They require stamina to move quickly from one pose to the next, and teach breath awareness by synching movements with breathing. Stemming from the Ashtanga tradition, Vinyasa yoga is a westernised, less spiritual approach to one of yoga’s best workouts.

SCORE: 36 to 45: Iyengar yoga is for you.
Iyengar yogis are typically perfectionists who prefer to move methodically through their yoga sequence, mastering one pose before moving on to the next. (They also know how to pronounce “Iyengar” without stumbling.) The focus in Iyengar is on very detailed alignment to get the most benefit from each pose.

SCORE: 26 to 35: Anusara is calling you.'''
Anusara yoga is more about fun and friends than fine-tuning. Class members connect with one another first through an opening invocation chant, then go on to practice detailed alignment. But it’s all taken lightly—you won’t be looked down upon for taking a break in child's pose or kicking back into happy baby.

SCORE: 16 to 25: Kundalini yoga is for you.
This low-intensity highly spiritual practice is made up mostly of seated positions and breathing exercises. Expect to chant and cultivate greater self-awareness.

SCORE: 10 to 15: Ananda yoga may be for you.
This gentle practice is more about working the mind than the body. Chanting, meditation, and low-intensity poses are all part of Ananda’s formula for spiritual strength.
