Hi there. I have been reading WH and enjoy the exercise programs as it helps mix things up and keep me interested. However, I have been having trouble losing weight as I'm a mum, work full time, (often 12 hour days), study part time and am also Treasury for my daughter child care committee. I manage, somehow, to fit in exercise, so that doesn't seem to be the problem. The problem is sticking to an eating plan to lose weight because many recipes take time. The only time I have is often microwaving steam vegies and adding some protein in the form oven baked fish or chicken and having leftovers for lunch, but as I get hungry, I lunge for the chocolate, (not good:-() I would really appreciate WH devising an eating plan to lose weight which does not take much time to prepare. I'm sure there are many other working mums out there that have the same hectic lives and find it difficult to stay on track due to time limitations. Kind regards, Melanie

Hello there, I love your magazine but I would love to see a cross section of ages in the success stories, most of the ladies who have achieved success are around the 40 mark or younger, there are ladies in their 50-60's that should also get recognition for their efforts who would just love to have a personal trainer if it was affordable, so why not focus on all ages of women there is no difference except for a few wrinkles (smiles) Carla
