A lot of changes occur in the skin when you exercise, such as an increase in blood supply. Exercise can also cause skin problems such as chafing, tinea and allergic-contact dermatitis. Providing you’re not getting irritation with the rosehip oil product, then I see no reason for you to stop using it after exercise. Enjoy!
Also, don’t forget if you’re exercising outdoors, you can help prevent ageing with sunscreen and a hat.
