Alessandra Ambrosio walks the runway during the Colcci Show on Jan. 22

Victoria's Sectret model Alessandra Ambrosio showed off her growing baby bump when she walked the runway for Colcci in Sao Paulo, Brazil over the weekend. The stunning model, who is five months pregnant showed off her stunning legs and burgeoning bump to great effect in short shorts and a snug looking knitted jumper, topping the ensemble off with sky high heels.

The model, for whom this is her second child with fiancé Jamie Mazur, also flaunted her fine physique in a military inspired grey and blue dress, topped off with bright red heels and red lips to match. Ambrosio, who seemed to be having a great time showing off her pregnant figure, shared a playful wave with good friend Ashton Kutcher, who sat in the front row looking on.

While the model was keen to make her pregnancy obvious on the catwalk this time around, that wasn't the case several months ago when she was due to model for Victoria's Secret and had not revealed to anyone working on the show that she was expecting. "I didn't tell anybody so no one knew at the show that I was pregnant," Ambrosio told Us Weekly. "A week before, I told my booker I don't think I'm going to be able to fit into the clothes because I gained a few pounds already, but we were just quiet."

Fellow Victoria's Secret model, Miranda Kerr, made her return to the runway just two months after giving birth to her son Flynn in January 2011. Will Alessandra feel undue pressure to regain her figure and return to the runway right away?
