Ricki-Lee Tells WHO: How I Lost More Than 15kg

After a year of "pretty much eating indulging in everything, all the time," singer and Nova 969 breakfast radio co-host Ricki -Lee Coulter realised she had to address her growing waistline and declining health. "When I was performing I started noticing that I couldn’t run around and jump up and down because I'd get so puffed out, I'd constantly have to stop and catch my breath," Coulter, 24, tells WHO. "I realised I needed to make a choice about my life and the way I wanted to live."

With the help of her personal trainer boyfriend Rich, the performer and presenter embarked on a lifestyle overhaul, kicking off the process with a healthy eating plan and exercise routine.

Seven months on, and the results speak for themselves — the still-curvy size 12 star has dropped more than 15kg from her 1.8m frame, and most importantly, is feeling her healthiest yet. "The numbers on the scale are not important to me," says Coulter, who is currently in training for the 14km City2Surf in Sydney on August 8. "The goal is to feel as good as I do now. If I can feel better than this, then oh my god, give it to me!"
