Miley Cyrus, 16, has described her appearance in the new Sex and the City movie as a "dream come true."

The Hannah Montana star, who plays herself in the new film, recently spent an hour and a half shooting the scene where she wears the same dress as Samantha (Kim Cattrall) to a movie premiere.

What was it like rubbing shoulders with the iconic Sex and the City characters? "Working with Kim was really cool," she says before adding that "Sarah Jessica Parker was the nicest person in the world."

Cyrus, who turns 17 later this month, is currently completing her Wonder World tour round the US. The show sees her older brother Trace perform with his band Metro Station as the opening act.

"We're having so much fun," Miley says of spending time with her sibling.

The Wonder World tour is set to continue through to early December.
