Hudson reveals that Pilates and skipping are the secret to her washboard stomach, while Aguilera is in her best shape in years thanks to eating healthy snacks such as celery with almond butter. "To get back to feeling like myself just makes me feel good," Kardashian, who has lost 20kg since giving birth to daughter North in June with the help of an Atkins- style eating plan, tells WHO.
