Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson Reunite

Speculation of a possible reconciliation between Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson has been swirling since the news broke that Stewart cheated on longtime beau, Rob Pattinson with her married Snow White & The Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders – and now, WHO Magazine can exclusively confirm that the former Twilight couple have been spending time together after reuniting earlier in September for a weekend in Los Angeles.

Stewart, 22, and Pattinson, 26, met up in Los Angeles over the weekend of Sept. 15, WHO Magazine reports in its upcoming issue, on newsstands Friday.

And, according to an insider, the Twilight hunk's pals "think they'll be a couple again."

While Pattinson was completely heartbroken over the split, says another source, moving on is "easier said than done ... and clearly harder than expected."

When Stewart admitted to having an affair with Sanders on July 26, she made clear she hoped it wouldn't spell the end of her three-year relationship with her Breaking Dawn costar.

"This momentary indiscretion has jeopardiSed the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob," she said in a candid statement. "I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry."

Both Stewart and Pattinson have stepped out publicly since the scandal broke, but neither has directly addressed the status of their relationship.

In the wake of the cheating scandal, sources close to both Stewart and Pattinson expressed the two were both respectively heartbroken.

Pattinson has had his "heart ripped out," a source close to Pattinson said following news of the affair. A Stewart insider echoed a similar sentiment revealing the Twilight heroine, 22, was likewise devastated.

"Telling Robert was the worst thing she's ever had to do," the source told WHO Magazine.
