Last week, Victoria Beckham was criticised for not smiling during her photocall with the Spice Girls.

Over the weekend, however, the mum-of-four looked relaxed and happy as she enjoyed a sunny day out with her boys - and a dolphin.

'Such a special day with the children swimming with dolphins They are so beautiful!' Beckham Tweeted.

Mrs Beckham still managed to look totally glamorous with oversized shades, her brown tousled hair over one shoulder and a loose black dress as she rested her hands on the dolphin's back.

Posh is back in California after a flying visit to London to launch the new Spice Girls musical Viva Forever!

Victoria was maligned by her critics for being the only Spice Girl in the line-up not to smile and also for her apparently distant body language.

Bandmate Melanie Chisholm defended her former bandmate: 'It’s annoying when people say Victoria wasn’t smiling or didn’t want to be there. She really did.

'It was a flying visit and both her and Melanie [B] were exhausted as they’d flown in from Los Angeles. She was so tired but, among us, she was on great form.

'She’s a very busy lady and in the middle of designing a new range. It's certainly not easy for her.'
