Put away the Swarosvi-encrusted boxing gloves – Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie aren't feuding over Brad Pitt, the former Friends stars says definitively.

Answering a question about what the press gets most wrong about her in the March issue of InStyle, Aniston pooh-poohs the ever-swirling rumors that she bears a grudge against Jolie.

"The triangle with my ex-husband – and that there's a feud there. It's constant. It's a story headline that won't go away, but it's a money thing," says Aniston, adding that people in the media make money off "a story that has nothing to do with reality."

On a more pleasant subject, Aniston said her relationship with Justin Theroux is going strong and says she's in a "joyful and peaceful" place in her life.

Asked what she likes about Theroux's fashion sense, she says, "First of all, he has great style – it's very specific and it has been his style forever."

However, Aniston insists she's not copying Theroux's look. "I know people say ... 'Oh, look, you're dressing alike.' And I think, No I'm not. I've had this jacket for three years!"

As for filming her new movie Wanderlust, which also stars Theroux, Aniston says it was "one of the most idyllic film experiences I've ever had" and describes the cast as "a family."

Aniston – who is known for her age-defying figure – also says she feels young "every day," but is sometimes surprised by the fact that she's indeed getting older.

"You know what makes me feel old? When I see girls who are 20-something, or the new crop of actresses, and think, 'Aren't we kind of the same age?' " Aniston, who is 42, says. "You lose perspective. Or being offered the part of a woman with a 17-year-old child. It's like, "I'm not old enough to have a 17-year-old!" And then you realise, well, yeah, you are."
