Stacy Keibler Puts Pregnancy Rumours To Rest

Stacey Keibler dispelled pregnancy rumours by tweeting an Instagram shot of her toned abs on June 20. Rather than a baby bump, the 32-year-old former wrestler revealed an insane six-pack while working out in Italy, where she’s holidaying with boyfriend George Clooney, 51.

Though the model, 32, hasn't addressed the pregnancy rumors herself, a source tells TMZ they are "100% false." And on June 20, Keibler -- who is vacationing in Como, Italy with Clooney, 51, at his famed estate -- uploaded a photo of herself in the gym. With a dumbbell in hand, the model showed off her sexy, sweaty six-pack abs in a white sports bra and black yoga pant

No stranger to exercise, Keibler likes to change up her routine with cardio and strength-training exercises, this time telling followers she was sweating it out to the Barry’s Bootcamp DVD, a fitness routine favoured by celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Jessica Alba, and one that Keibler does regularly.

"I go to Barry's Bootcamp, I go to Physique 57 — every week is different for me," the 32-year-old model/former pro wrestler dished to Us Weekly earlier this year about her favourite ways to stay fit."Sometimes I'll go to Barry's three times a week because it fits into my schedule better, and sometimes I'll work out with a trainer five times a week."

Despite Hollywood's pressure to be thin, Keibler insists she's always been athletic. "I started dancing and playing sports at a young age, and then I got into cheerleading and I've always had that," she added. "But even at 15 I was going to the gym. I've just always been conscious of being healthy and I'm really very balanced. I like to eat a lot so I have to work out a lot to balance it out."

In May, Keibler - a model and former WWE wrestler - told Self Magazine that working out also helps boost her self-confidence. “As long as you are putting forth a respectable effort to take care of yourself, you should feel confident about that path,” she said, adding that you’ll get the most out of your exercise routine when you mix it up. “If you do something that is a little harder, then mix in another exercise that has a more enjoyable element to it.”

Still, a holistic approach to health and fitness is best, she says. "Being healthy and living a healthy lifestyle have always been very important to me," Keibler tells the magazine. "I pride myself in taking care of my mind, body and soul, and not just through exercise."
