Six days before filing for divorce in New York state, a relaxed-looking Holmes went for a carefree stroll by herself in NYC. "She's been miserable for a long time, but the last couple of weeks, she's been happy -- like she's been set free," a source told WHO Magazine days after the divorce news had made its rounds.
