After years of starring in countless commercials as a child, Trachtenberg landed herself a regular role in U.S. daytime soap All My Children. Her real breakthrough role was as a teenager playing Dawn in the final two seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Fast forward a few years and Trachtenberg is now a gorgeous star with recurring roles in Gossip Girl and Weeds as well as many films.
