Radio and TV host Kyle Sandilands has opened up about his fears for his declining health, revealing that “ my life is at risk,” in an exclusive interview with WHO.

Famed for his controversial commentary, the 2Day FM breakfast radio star was uncharacteristically somber when discussing his failing health—the most serious of which is high blood pressure, a condition Sandilands's doctors refers to as his “silent killer.”

“If I don’t take my medication every day I’ll have a heart attack and I’ll die, it’s as simple as that” he reveals.

Hoping to shed 20kg from his 120kg frame, Sandilands says he is prepared to take on a healthier lifestyle, starting by switching coke and coffee for H2COCO — the coconut water company he has just bought — and beginning mild exercise.

“I’m never going to be Ryan Gosling, but I’d like to be around 100kg,” Sandilands added.

Kyle has contributed nothing to society except the abuse and ridicule of others. Hence he would be doing the World a favour if he did fairly sharpish.
