The 30-year-old reality TV star is hoping that she and new fiancé, Kris Humpries will start trying for their first child by the time 2011 draws to a close.
The couple just got engaged, after a 6-month whirlwind romance, Humphries blowing Kardashian away with a romantic proposal and show-stopping 20.5 carat diamond ring.
When asked about the couples plans for children, Kardashian said: "I hope so, I really hope so. Maybe by the end of the year. Well, I won’t have a baby by the end of the year, but maybe we’ll start trying by the end of the year. After the wedding."
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star also has very clear ideas of who she wants to be in her marriage. "I think at home and privately, for sure I'll be Mrs. Humphries. Maybe I will make it Kim Kardashian-Humphries, but I think I will always have Kardashian for work. But at home, Humphries.”
Kim has often said she wants a really large family, hoping for as many as six children, but it seems she may have scaled that back a little.
"I've always wanted a big family. But seeing how much hard work brining up Mason is for Kourt has given me a reality check. I don't think I'll be rushing into that just yet!"

I hope so too. Then maybe the three ugly sisters (I call them the gargoyles) will get off every magazine, newspaper, billboard and tv show I see. So overrated. Whatever happened to natural beauty? Men have been saying for years they want someone who doesn't need to trowel on the makeup to look presentable and yet this bag of cottage cheese is still being lusted after! Wtf? Maybe if she stopped with the botox and makeup and lost some weight, she might look a little better.
