Daily workouts with Sydney trainer Cameron Byrnes have seen The Voice Kids Australia coach shed 17kg since the birth of her third daughter, Madison. Speaking to WHO, trainer Byrnes reveals how the former Spice Girl got her ripped six-pack back. “Mel’s all about girl power,” says Byrnes. “She wants to make sure every woman sees you can get off your butt, even if you have three kids.” Plus, stars such as Lily Allen, Vanessa Hudgens and Jessica Simpson get into their best- ever shape by overhauling workouts and healthy eating.
