Stepping out at the Empire Jameson Awards in London for his first public appearance in four months, Tom Cruise's latest look raised eyebrows.
Sporting a shaggy mane and a 'puffy' face, the actor's new appearance took onlookers by surprise, reports Star Magazine.

“Tom’s face looked like a puffy pillow,” an eyewitness at the event told the magazine. “Everyone there couldn’t stop talking about how different he looked.”

While the actor hasn't commented on his changed appearance, a source close to the Mission Impossible star revealed to RadarOnline that Cruise has become increasingly self-conscious with age.
Cruise has “gotten terribly insecure when it comes to aging” — and it ties into his bachelor status over the past two years.
“If he were happily married, he might not care about his appearance as much,” the insider said.
“But he really want does want to settle down again. The fact of the matter is, he’s attracted to younger women, so he wants to look young.”
