It's been nearly a year since Blake Lively & Ryan Reynolds were first publicly linked as a couple – and now the low key couple are husband and wife after getting married in a secret ceremony over the weekend.

A source confirms to WHO Magazine that the couple tied the knot Sunday night at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., just outside of Charleston.

The reception took place in a white tent at the plantation on Sunday evening. Florence Welch (of Florence and the Machine), a good friend of the Gossip Girl star, performed three songs live, and there was also a deejay who spun tunes. WHO Magazine also confirmed that a cake was being driven down from Virginia for the event.

Lively's mother and sister were also spotted in town, and a source told WHO Magazine that the two had dinner with Bette Midler earlier in the weekend.

While reps for the two actors have yet to release a statement, Lively posted a series of cryptic tweets. "Nothing would ever compare to that single moment when I first kissed the guy of my dreams and knew that my love would last forever," the actress posted on August 27, her birthday. On September 9, Lively posted about "living the dream of a lifetime,"

Lively and Reynolds have been in nesting mode since buying a home in Bedford, N.Y., earlier this year. They have subsequently been seen working out together at a local gym, as well as spending quality time with their families in New York and Vancouver, where Reynolds was born.

While details regarding the bride’s wedding gown haven’t yet been revealed, the always fashion forward Lively hinted in an interview with Marie Claire earlier this year that her shoes would definitely be designed by Christian Louboutin.

"What I planned (for my wedding) before I got into the business has changed," she said. "Now I'm like, 'Hmm, I wonder what shoes Christian [Louboutin] is going to make me. And which couture house should I go to?'”

The two, who costarred together in 2011's Green Lantern, have stayed relatively mum about their relationship, though Lively, 25, did tell Marie Claire this summer, "It's definitely attractive when a man can dress well."

Reynolds, 35, was previously married to Scarlett Johansson. The couple divorced in 2010 after two years of marriage.

This is the first marriage for Lively, who previously dated her Gossip Girl costar Penn Badgley and more recently, Leonardo DiCaprio.
