Ricki-Lee: “I’m Not Engaged”

Is Ricki-Lee Coulter quietly engaged to boyfriend Richard Harrison?

Not according to the “Raining Diamonds” singer, who is the subject of a new local newspaper report suggesting Harrison recently popped the question: “It's not true. I would be wearing a big-ass ring on my finger,” she tells WHO from the Sydney set of Nine’s The Voice, where she’s filming a guest mentor role alongside Seal. “I would be flaunting that shit if I had one!” she adds, pointing to her ring-less left hand. “There’s not even a tan-line on it!”

While a wedding’s not on the cards for Coulter, who ended a year-long marriage to her childhood sweetheart Jamie Babbington in late 2008, she has plenty of cause for celebration, with her next single, dance track “Do It Like That”, already garnering buzz here and in the UK ahead of her forthcoming third album.

After a two-year hiatus, the slimline new blonde is clearly feeling reinvigorated, saying she’s in her “best place yet” personally and professionally: “In every one of those areas—work, friends, relationship and family—they are all balanced. It feels too good to be true!”

As for whether Harrison is The One? The singer remains coy: “Oh, everyone always asks that!” says Coulter with a laugh. “He is an amazing, amazing, amazing part of my life and he’s done so much for me, he’s such an amazing support.”
