Hamish Macdonald is both a main presenter and an award-winning correspondent for Al Jazeera English.

Hamish anchored Al Jazeera English's coverage of the 2008 US Elections live from Washington, as well as the war between Georgia and Russia live from Tbilisi at the height of the conflict.
