"Wine bars in churches: As a young(ish) weekly church-goer, I don't have a problem with this. St Pats in Sydney city has a cafe next door to the church and it's great. In this day and age when we don't have much of a sense of community, ideas like a winebar, cafe, etc... is a great way to not only attract new patrons whom may feel less intimidated to join in on the social side, but also great for existing parishioners who can build on the community spirit they may or may not have in their weekly services" Sent in by Andy, NSW
