75ml Chilled champagne
60ml redhead premix
Redhead premix
500ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
500ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
200ml Creme de cassis
200ml Framboise Liqueur
150ml Sugar Syrup (1:1 - sugar:fine white sugar)
200ml Raspberry Puree (Les Verges Boiron)

Method

Shake premix over ice and then add champagne to shaker,'throw' from one shaker to the other to integrate ingredients (or stir slowly) and then double strain into chilled champagne flutes.
