Decadent Dark-Chocolate Sauce

Here’s a great way to enjoy chocolate’s healthy antioxidant benefits.

Ingredients

120 g dark chocolate
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tbs brown sugar, packed

Method

1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan.
2. Stir constantly over low heat until mixture melts into a smooth sauce. Serve warm.
3. Serve with 1 cup sliced mango (431 kJ, or 103 cal) and ½ cup sliced banana (297 kJ, or
71 cal). Total energy: 1,558 kJ (372 cal).
