    Just remember that all diet information is generated by marketing people..they push what they are paid to push...simple is best..the more natural and less processed the better your health will be. Quick food may take less time to prepare but the toll it takes on your health in a quick amount of time is amazing...... water based foods are easier to digest and take less toll on your health...the message is so simple that most thinks its too amazing to be true...

    REMEMBER THE OLD SAYING... everything in moderation... well eating whole foods is great, as nature makes it good. Organic is wonderful, but can be expensive. But the more important issue is quality foods to give maximum benefits to the body and mind. Our bodies process whole foods much more efficiently than those kinds of "foods" that contain preservatives, colourings, and all the chemicals under the sun. Simple and good healthy uncomplicated food that satisfies. simply good!!.......too easy!

    They don't seem to be taking into consideration the mercury in Salmon in fact most doctors only recomend eating fish once or twice a weeek as the mercury builds up in your body
