"- 2 tablespoons humus" This made me laugh! I'm sure they meant 'hummus' although, who knows with fad diets?!
Replysteroids & weights,works every time!!!
Replywork in the rice paddy ... do not get belly fat !
ReplyI would like to make SOMEBODY accountable for this crock of #%@* 'article' if you can call it that. This is like some media presentation project for a year 5 primary school student on their iPad when they are learning about food groups. I hate the way a BS link like this one is just put out there with no creator's name attached and no real explanation for it other than a catchy headline. It sucks they can do this in such a slimy way and that Yahoo are the 'pushers'. What a joke to jump on the 'lose belly fat' hype that is going viral at the moment. Anybody with half a brain in their head knows low fat, balanced diet with small portions and 30 mins exercies every day guarantees wieight loss for the majority of people. Most belly fat comes down to hard work and sweat and it's the last fat to go. Stop making people think they can just miraculously lose weight without exercising. For the last layer of fat on your tummy which most mom's get from carrying babies and hormonal changes, the only way to get rid of it is liposuction as a last resort if it really matters to you (I'm not advocating lipo, nor would I do it myself ... just saying !)
