1 tbs dark sesame oil
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp salt
4 wholemeal pitas, split
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Whisk together oil, garam masala and salt in a small bowl. Evenly brush rough sides of pitas with sesame-oil mixture.
2. Cut each pita half into 12 wedges to make chips. Arrange chips, cut-side up, on 2 large baking trays.
3. Bake in upper and lower thirds of oven until golden brown and crisp, 8 to 12 minutes. Transfer chips to a wire rack and leave to cool.
