You’ll eat three meals and two snacks a day—each with a healthy dose of the Fat-Fighting 4 supernutrients.
Here are the first seven days of a 5,800-kJ plan. (You can repeat meals to maximise your food dollars or to replace ones that aren’t your favourites.)

ReplyRahmath Meeragani : If you want advise from a 72 year old type 2 diabetic I will tell you that you will NEVER lose weight on a diet , and 80% of advise Doctors give you is pure #$%$ ( there is big money in diabetes believe me and it has nothing to do with your welfare , more to do with your pocket ) after many years of diets and advise from dieticians I decided to go it alone , it was very simple , take SUGAR out of your diet , Bread and most fats , DO not eat between meals and cut the size of your meals down ( everything in moderation) with this simple eating regime I have take 13 Kilo's of over 18 month "PAINLESSLY" against ALL advise I have been given by so called Professionals. A BIT OF EXERCISE WILL HELP ENORMOUSLY . GET INTO IT.
1 ReplyRahmath. Ignore this rubbish. Talk to your doctor. Good luck, most of my family had type 2 diabetes.
