6 Reasons to Exercise

We have incredible bodies that are perfectly designed to support us, but our modern lifestyles have stopped our daily physical activity in its tracks. If we eat healthy food and live in a positive, nurturing environment, all most of us really need to get the balance right is some regular exercise. It’s a simple concept (and nothing new), yet I still meet so many inactive people. I can’t emphasise the lifesaving benefits of regular exercise strongly enough.
