I had a decent sleep last night and I'm bursting with energy. My "secret" is to rest or sleep when I'm tired, and try not to fight it. It works every time. Waruna's comments make perfect sense in my experience, and reflect my beliefs.

    1. SLEEP (or rest) 2. FOOD (Fresh Fruits & vegetables) 3. YOGA (or meditation / balanced exercise) 4. POSITIVE THINKING (or good news you received from some one) 5. BREATH (high energy breathing / Fresh Air) These are universal for everyone.

Pure water is the best you can have for fatigue,no caffeine ,that will bring to a high for a while then you go down to back where you started.
