What It Means

Your Personality Type: Spontaneous

Life’s a game, and your strategy is always changing. Though you don’t really love rules, you'll follow them if they're simple and help you have fun.

Your Exercise:

Short and sweet activities that allow you to accumulate exercise time throughout the day may be a good choice, says Ross Andersen, director of exercise science at Johns Hopkins Weight Management Center in the US. Spontaneous types tend to do well with games.

Best Choices
• Short walks throughout the day
• Taking the stairs
• Bike riding
• Hiking
• Tennis
• Squash
• Basketball

• Frisbee

Leisure Activities
Your first priority is to work regular exercise into your week. But think also about using your leisure time to burn off a few extra kilojoules. Here are some extracurricular activities for your personality type:
• Skiing, surfing, rollerblading

• Joining a sporting team

Your Personality Type: Inspirational

You're the type who lights a fire under others, compelling them to take action. You say all the right things, which is why people gravitate towards you, tell you their problems and look to you for inspiration. You're creative and concerned about achieving personal growth.

Your Exercise:

Dual-purpose exercises work for you. To you, working out is engaging only when it's about more than just your body. You are more apt to enjoy it if it's about being part of a community or about exploring your inner self. To enhance your spiritual side, try listening to music to set the mood for a peaceful workout.

Best Choices

Your quiz is spot on - must admit I just took it (being a bit sceptical) and was surprised how accurate it was. Coming back to my choice of Tai Chi, Chi Gung Shibashi and walking (in the bush). May try a couple of DVD dance exercise. Sounds fun!
