Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables gives you the biggest health rewards. But most of us derive our cancer-fighting phytonutrients from a handful of favourites that aren’t always the most potent sources. Swap a few stapes for the following superior substitutes.

All fresh vegetables & fruits fight cancer. DER. Heard it 1000 times.
ReplyThere has been plenty of studies that show organic fruit and veg are no better then the usual produce available. Its just a marketing ploy that has worked surprisingly well. Provided you wash produce its all fine. Just like many people think there are hormones in chicken( there has been none for decades) those who look for information will discover organic versus non organic has little to no benefits. As for taste. I have done comparisons. I suggest others try. I find organic tastes worse for most things, but not admittedly for everything.
2 RepliesI would buy organic if i could afford it being on a pension makes it impossible why dont coles and woolies support our local farmers then we could buy fresher and better
