1. Blot Your Lips
Once you’ve applied your lipstick, take a tissue, fold it in half and press it to your lips; this removes lipstick residue, says Yves Saint Laurent ambassador Natasha Severino.
2. Re-apply Lipstick
Apply a second coat, which allows the pigment to soak into your lips. Then take apart another two-ply tissue; place a single layer over your lips.
3. Brush Lips With Powder
