Best 'super foods' for children
Top 3 Super foods!
So-called ‘super foods’ are foods that contain particularly high levels of vitamins, minerals or other beneficial nutrients compared to others. The top three super foods are:
1. Fruits
2. Lean meats, chicken or fish
3. Calcium-rich milks
