Best 'super foods' for children
Top 3 Super foods!
So-called ‘super foods’ are foods that contain particularly high levels of vitamins, minerals or other beneficial nutrients compared to others. Blueberries, for example, are a great source of antioxidants. Super foods are great choices, however it’s not the case that you must always choose them over other foods in the same food group. The top three super foods are:
1. Fruits
2. Lean meats, chicken or fish
3. Calcium-rich milks
