“Good habits echo throughout our lives, and a lot of what occurs in children’s lives later is a result of habits that have been laid down fairly early on,” says clinical psychologist and family therapist Andrew Fuller.
“Starting these habits early means that by the time kids get to adolescence they think, ‘Well this is the way I’ve always done it and it’s the ideal way of doing things’, which is what you want.”
