    My 10 week old baby boy has started to drool heaps. 
    Has anyone else had this happen to their little one at this age? If so, what did it mean?

    Hi Stelle, some babies are just droolers. My baby drooled from about that age and now at 2 and a half he is still dribbling! I found it worse when he was teething but he's pretty much always drooled. Not much you can do I'm afraid.

    What does it mean?  Nothing.  Babies don't learn to swallow their saliva until 2 or 3.  I'm sure you've seen plenty of babies and toddlers wandering around with a dripping chin lol.

    It means you need to invest in some decent plastic backed bibs!!

    It's quite common at that age.  It might continue to 2.5 like Yellow Digger said or it might not.  You just don't know.  They usually start chewing on their hands at this age too and there's lot of drool happening!
