Taking time out at their ranch in Taos, New Mexico, was a family affair for Julia, 41, her husband Danny Moder, 39, and their kids Hazel and Phinnaeus, four, and Henry, 19 months. Rugged up against the cold, they spent the morning indulging in breakfast before heading off to the local playground.
Proving that performing is in their genes, Julia's twins managed to steal the spotlight with a rousing vocal performance on their way back to the car at the end of the day.
'Everyone in Taos is always so excited about Julia being here because we love her movies and she's a great actress,' one resident says. 'But, to be honest, once you've seen her once or twice you forget who she is and they kind of blend in with the other families.'
Julia's clan also have a mansion in Malibu, but their New Mexican ranch is definitely home.
One local tells New Idea: 'She seems just like a normal mum. She's 100 per cent focused on her children and they seem like a very happy little family.'
But they may not be a 'little' family for much longer. If whispers are to be believed, Julia and Danny, who celebrate their seventh wedding anniversary in July, are ready to add another member to their brood before her next film, Duplicity, is released in March.
However, with Julia's heavy wool coat currently keeping things under wraps, only time will tell whether the famous Pretty Woman is also a pregnant one!
