1930s sex symbol Jean Harlow was a huge film star with a troubled personal life.

The death of her second husband MGM producer Paul Bern caused a scandal and many whisperered that Harlow had killed him although his death was ruled a suicide.

Then when Harlow herself died suddenly at just 26 years old, there were rumours of alcoholism and a botched pregnancy termination. The reality was that she died from acute kidney failure.

After such an intense, although brief, existence it's hardly surprising that Harlow's ghost is said to haunt the bedroom of her Hollywood home where her husband allegedley beat her...
