If you’re in your 30s…
See basic checks for 20s, plus:
PAP SMEAR: After age 30, you may be able to have Pap smears every two to three years instead of annually if you have had three normal, consecutive results and aren’t at risk of cervical cancer.
RUBELLA: Check if you’re still covered if you want kids.
THYROID TEST: Because this metabolism-controlling gland can start going haywire as you age, have your first test at age 35 and continue every five years thereafter.
EYE CHECK: Have your vision professionally tested at least twice in your 30s.
