Rush star Callan Mulvey invites New Idea to his wedding to long-time love Rachel Thomas. The couple’s union was an intimate affair held in the hilly green hinterland of Byron Bay, NSW, where they met. Courting long-distance from the Melbourne set of Rush, Callan popped the question to Rachel on a trip to Bali in June. Rachel recalls: ‘While he took me to an amazing diner by the ocean, he’d arranged for the villa where we were staying to be covered in thousands of petals and hundreds of white roses.’ And their dream marriage was an encore performance. ‘It was hands down the most beautiful, incredible night of my life,’ smiles Callan.
