Heavily pregnant Reese Witherspoon may be almost ready to give birth to her first child with husband Jim Toth!
A source told RadarOnline.com that the star checked in to Los Angeles area hospital on Tuesday evening:

"Reese was actually taken to the hospital on Tuesday night with complications.
"She was released that night and then rushed back to the hospital today."

The baby is said not to be due until the beginning of September, and it's still unclear as to whether or not the hospital trip was a routine visit or due to complications:
"The visit is a normal thing for a lot of pregnant women and there is no drama," a source told E! Online.
"All parties involved are healthy and fine."

Reese has two children, Ava and Deacon, from her seven year marriage to actor Ryan Phillippe.
