Bobbi Kristina spiraling after mother's death

Happier Times: Bobbi Kristina and mother, Whitney Houston

The 18-year-old daughter of Houston and ex Bobby Brown is struggling with substance abuse and is being encouraged by family members to enter rehab, insiders told Us Weekly. One source close to the family told the magazine: "Whitney's passing is sending Bobbi off the deep end. The funeral was too much for her."

The young girl scared family members when she disappeared following Houston's funeral. A source said: "She freaked everyone out when she disappeared and wasn't answering her phone."

Another insider told Us Weekly that before she died, Houston had encouraged her daughter to seek professional help but 'they had a massive fight about it'. Now, other family members including grandmother Cissy Houston and cousin Dionne Warwick are working to help Bobbie Kristina. A source said: "Bobbie Kristina's health is now a main concern for Cissy, but she can't force her to go to rehab. She and Dionne want Bobbie Kristina to decide for herself to get clean and sober--and, if anything, to do it for her mother. But she isn't there yet."
