ReplyThis is a good array of diet options to enhance sleep. Going to bed at a similar time each night, not over eating dinner, keeping dinner meals light and avoiding too much heaviness through too much protein and fat, going for a walk with your partner for the purpose of gentle aerobic exercise and debriefing and of course regular sex are some other hints to promote healthy sleep.
