i agree 100%. with what he says......I am currently in Thailand. on holiday, i spend 6month each year there.and each time i lose up to ten kg in wieght. the reason being, I eat thai food, very little fat. the cheese is to exensive, steak is expensive. the beer is cheap, because of the humid weather, i know that i am tempted to drink to much, so i only drink water, instead of cakes, i eat a banana.or any sort of fruit. i walk for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evenings..
this morning. a friend who hasent seen since last year, said to me....WHY ARE YOU LOOKING SO YOUNG. I AM 76YO NOW....I LOOK AND ACT LIKE A 50YO, MAYBE YOUNGER. as i said, i agree with the writer.

Martine....according to a research project done a number of years ago people were asked 1) What are your greatest fear/worries ? 2) Did they ever eventuate? Almost 90% answered no !! Apart from that .....being anxious simply does NOT achieve anything !! .........Or as Emerson said ......"Oh what evils we endure from fears that never arrive" PS Count your blessings......nothing counteracts stress more than "an attitude of gratitude"
