Protein is good, carbs are ok, fat is not so good, sugar is bad. Smoking, alcohol and drugs are bad. Enough sleep, regular exercise, less work, and someone to be with, is all good. Its all about choice - of lifestyle, not just about protein. It's as simple and difficult as that.
