    i constantly suffer from motion sickness but love to chruise my local chemist told me to take natural ginger tablets [ ie travelcalm non sleepy] but that the trick was to start taking them 5 - 6 days before you cruise i did this the first cruise still felt a bit squeamish the first couple of days befor it completely went away now 6 cruises later i still take the cincer and i have no sickness at all i have passed this on to many and they have had the same reaction as me its brilliant
