Stephen Denney has been hitting the gym for over 15 years and recently started triathlon training, each week riding up to 150 kilometres, running 20km and swimming 2-5km. TRAINING TIP: never get sick of the basics. To get the best results, you need to get good at what you're doing and get your form right, rather than chopping and changing your routine all the time.
