1A: BARBELL OVERHEAD LUNGE (20 reps)
Stand holding a barbell overhead with your arms straight. Maintain that position as you take a large step forward until your front knee is bent 90º and your back knee is a few centimetres off the floor. Return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
