Over the winter months, your physique has enjoyed plausible deniability, hidden beneath layers of dissembling fabric. But the arrival of summer exposes the pudgy truth. Lucky for you, these workouts can reverse a winter of neglect, in just 30 days. They employ density training, a technique that allows you to do more work in less time. You’ll sweat enough to raise sea levels, while you burnish your muscles and torch fat.
Directions
Complete these workouts four days a week. Do workout A the first day and workout B the next, then take a day off. Repeat A then B over the next two days; take two days off, then start again the next week. For instance, do workout A on Monday and workout B on Tuesday; then rest on Wednesday and complete the workouts again on Thursday and Friday. Restart the program the following Monday.

I have found that a diet based on ones blood group is fantastic ...I have lost a kilo a month without much effort. I have now enrolled at a gym for one years membership, so hopefully I shall reach my target weight this year.
ReplyWhat can I do instead of chin ups.....I cant do a chin up without jumping....
ReplyOPPPS ! SOD THAT ! Just keep doing what I've been doing for decades already. Massive doses of vitamin and mineral capsules, plus high protein powder, wheatgerm, glucose, milo in thick shakes at the gym, about a kilo or two of grilled beef steak, eggs with plenty of green vegs for lunch and dinner - and my daily supply of anabolic steroids - - - three or four hours in the gym, half an hour in the sauna followed by half an hour swimming in the pool each day ! Nothing else needed :-)
ReplySOD THAT ! Give me massive doses of vitimine
Replyafter spending 12 monthe to lose 36kg none of these exercises will do that. they are all strength exercises which is good to build muscle to keep fat off, but unfortunately only a healthy diet and cardio burns fat so i do 2 days a week cardio and 2 days a week strength training (about 20 mins a day for each is all it takes) oh and stay away from alcohol and fast food (but have a blow out day once a week but dont over do it) :-) good luck to those giving it a go. you will feel MUCH better
